In 2020, she raised tens of thousands of dollars for local restaurant worker relief and a scholarship for a dear friend and beloved member of the Raleigh community who lost his life.

6. We’ve never met anyone who can deny the deliciousness of a custom charcuterie board from Raleigh Cheesy. Born out of her love for cheese, Courtney Bowman, a former school teacher, is the new queen of the stylish spread. They taste just as good as they look.
7. Do you like the traditional gift of flowers but want to give them a fun twist? Callie Rae of the Foraged Southcreates beautiful, bold arrangements in the most spectacular colors. They would make any new homeowner smile.
8. If you’re like us, your pets are a huge part of your family! Raleigh is lucky to have the talents of 12-year old Laney Matthews who creates awesome, colorful pet portraits. Once you see her work you’re going to want one for yourself and everyone you know. Kid’s got serious talent!
