My Top 2 Triangle Parade of Homes
It’s that time of year again! The Triangle Parade of Homes is in full swing and the builders have out done themselves per usual. There are 102 homes in the parade with homes spread all across Wake County with price points from $285,610 up to $3,310,650. We have gone and previewed a few of the homes and here are my top two favorites from part one of my tour.
First up is Raleigh Custom Homes entry at 1401 Hedgelawn Way designed by Frazier Home Design with staging by Green Front. This home stuck with the modern theme both inside and out - with edgy pool vibes & outdoor living, fluted wood details, and a black/white/gray/chrome color palette. Not to mention they had something for everyone from the Rolls Royce in the driveway, coloring for the kids, a putting green balcony, and photo wall for selfies. The marketing, design and builder team out did themselves from start to finish.
Next up was DJF Builders 1700 Brooks Avenue. This home was also designed by Frazier Home Design and was an absolute beauty. It blended perfectly with its surroundings and the finishes were stunning which is to be expected from a DJF home. Another reason to tour this beauty is for the staging! Alisa and the Linden Creek team made this one so memorable, the furniture layout, styling, and finishing details were as good as it gets.
Fingers crossed I’ll be able to tour a few more homes for the final weekend, if so I’ll be sure to share more highlights. If you are interested in new construction homes in Raleigh and want to learn more about upcoming projects, neighborhoods, or different builders in the area, please let me know. I have great relationships with many of our local custom builders and would be happy to make an introduction or help you find the one that would be a good fit for you and your project.
